Missed Class and Make Up Class Policy for Children’s Classes

 

We have generous missed class and make up class policy here.

 

Parents/Guardians MUST call or email ahead and inform us of your child’s absence in order to be eligible for a make up class. If you do not inform us in advance, you will NOT be eligible for a make up for that missed class.

 

Make up classes may be scheduled any time within 3 MONTHS of your missed class. Otherwise,  there will be NO make up class.

 

If you miss your make up class and did not notify us in advance, you may NOT reschedule.

 

Please call or email us to schedule a make up class. There are NO refunds or credits for missed classes. NO Cash Value. Make up classes are NOT transferrable.

 

Students are allowed to take breaks during payment period, but the credit will Expire after 3 MONTHS of the effective payment period end day.

 

NO Refunds will be issued.

ALL credits expire at the end of the school year (School year is every September 1 to August 31).

 

We accept Cash, Cheque or Email Money Transfer.
